Studiyng maths had not been the dream I've constantly from my childhood, it was at some moment recommended to me during 6th form and after some investigation I understood my mind was made up. Despite I have done well in maths I have actually needed to try really hard and be really determined. My motivation comes from the love and also interest I have for the subject. This is something I intend to communicate through my mentor and encourage trainees that you don't need to be normally brilliant to do the best in examinations as well as A levels. You just have to have a passion for the topic which motivates you, to get your head down and strive. With this positive attitude, improvements can be made quickly which is how I wish to improve my trainee's work with support and the belief that they can get to the top with focus and research study.
What stimulates me to work hard is the complete satisfaction of finishing a question that you have actually battled with or have had to go with a long process to obtain the response. To summarize, I enjoy trouble fixing and also getting a deeper understanding for things that I'm interested in. To me there is a charm in maths that originates from that every little thing meshes so perfectly and that complicated points could be streamlined with basic solutions that make difficult theories or ideas understandable or at least simpler to comprehend.
